The simplest route for paying your subscription is by direct debit. Just go to "SHOP" at the top of this page, and then look under the "Membership" headline, to select the appropriate category. In this case no paper form is required. All data is collected online.

Due to child protection, the required information is slightly greater for Mini/youth players (and families) from the other categories. There is therefore is a different form for mini/youth compared to all other categories. See attached document.
